Andrea is our optician with over 20 years of experience in the field. She bring expertise on popular glasses styles and vision insurances such as VSP, Eyemed and MES. She is also known for her welcoming personality and on top of the line fashion.
DR. KA YEE SO
Optometrist
Dr. Ka Yee So is a board certified optometrist with a passion for serving children. She is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley where she received both her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics, and doctorate in Optometry with honors in amblyopia research.
During her clinical rotations, she trained at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute pediatric clinic, Veteran Affairs hospital, and Marin community clinic. Previous to EBO, Dr. So worked at La Clinica de La Raza to establish the first school based health optometry clinic in Oakland, CA. She continues to care deeply about community health and education.
In her spare time, Dr. So enjoys rock climbing, making music, and serving at her church with friends.
